(StateFirstLetter)-40SVR Form Property Tax Claim for Disabled being forced to file when I answered no to owning home and did not once indicate I needed, cant remove?

It won't let me remove this form, I'm not disabled and answered no to all those types of questions, this is first year in 6 it all of sudden wants to auto file a form I never indicated I needed. Can't file state without filing this form, seems suspect since I'm not disabled and looks as if free version sabotage.

Go to tax tools>tools>delete a form>locate the K-40SVR and delete it. After it is deleted, revisit your forms to see if it still there. If gone, sign out of return and sign back in again. Is it still there?
