I file in Colorado - I had an investment pay out and $2500 of OREGON state taxes were withheld. What form do I file to get all/some of that money back? I am assuming that would be an OR form.
Thanks

You need to file an Oregon non-resident tax return OR-40-N . For information, see the following: Form OR-40-N and Form OR-40-P Instructions
