State property taxes entry wants a letter added to the Block Number- dont have one
This must be from New Jersey for a Property Tax Deduction/Credit for Homeowners and Tenants. You will have to enter this in the New Jersey interview. You'll find that question under Taxes and Credits in the New Jersey section of the return: Property Tax Deduction or Credit
Enter the Block and Lot Numbers of the property that you owned and occupied as your principal residence on December 31, 2018, as long as property taxes were paid on that home. If you were not a homeowner on December 31, enter the information for the last home you owned and occupied in New Jersey during the year. Include qualifier, if applicable (condominiums only). You can get this information from your property tax bill or from your local tax collector. If you were a tenant, make no entry.
See page 29 for the example:

This was not helpful! The question is: When entering in the Lot and Block number the programs is asking for a suffix. most people don't have the additional number after the suffix.. So the software prompts them to print and mail.

I found a solution. If you try to enter the Block and Sub-block number in the same box: e.g. 18.05, it shows an error and say "value should be alphanumeric" or something like that. If you enter the part after the decimal in the 'Sub-block' box, it works fine.
