Standard Deduction instead of Itemized Deductions

I am using TurboTax Home and Business 2025. It is using the standard deduction instead of the much higher itemized deductions. It is not calculating the medical deduction as the amount above 7.5% AGI. It shows zero for medical. Is there a software fix coming?
