Some of my HSA contributions helped pay for wife's medical expenses. Is this considered as me putting into my wife's HSA?

I added my wife to my medical insurance when we got married in 2024.

An HSA belongs to only one individual.  The contributions to your own HSA are your own contributions no matter whose medical expenses are paid with distributions from the HSA.  You wife's contributions to an HSA would be made to her own separate HSA.

No, if you are saying that you used money from your HSA to pay for your wife's medical expenses, it would not be considered to be a contribution to your wife's HSA. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for qualified medical expenses for your spouse and dependents, even if they are covered under another health plan.

As dmertz mentions above if you have separate HSA's any contributions that you make to your HSA are your contributions even if you used them to pay for your wife's medical and any contributions she may make to her own HSA are considered to be contributions to her own separate HSA.
