No, if you are saying that you used money from your HSA to pay for your wife's medical expenses, it would not be considered to be a contribution to your wife's HSA. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for qualified medical expenses for your spouse and dependents, even if they are covered under another health plan.
As dmertz mentions above if you have separate HSA's any contributions that you make to your HSA are your contributions even if you used them to pay for your wife's medical and any contributions she may make to her own HSA are considered to be contributions to her own separate HSA.
