I just purchase my solar that I had installed on my home in 2018 as a power purchase agreement. Can I claim any of it in my taxes, I paid $38k

How did you just purchase it if it was installed in 2018?

In general, the product has to be NEW never used, and you must be the original owner to claim the solar credit. The credit is available for the year that the item is installed and put into service.

Solar credit do I enter the cost of the battery storage part for Qualified battery storage and the rest cost for panels, wiring, install, etc. for Solar electric costs ?
