Solar Tax Credit: 10% ITC for American Made

 I purchased a solar panel system in 2024 and when completing the federal tax portion of energy credits I received the 30% federal credit.  My solar company told me I was eligible for an additional 10% tax credit due to a high enough content of American made materials* and I can't find it in TT.   

*The Dept. of the Treasury and Internal Revenue Service have released guidance for solar project developers seeking a bonus credit for using “domestic content” via the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

Any help is much appreciated.

The credit is for the manufacturer's of the systems, not for the end user.
