You may claim auto business expenses for the period of time that you owned the vehicle if that vehicle was used for business purposes even if it was for part of the year.  

To enter your vehicle's business expenses in TurboTax select the  Income & Expenses tab.

Next, you will select the business that the vehicle was used for

Scroll down to Expenses select vehicle and click start.

Follow the screen prompts to enter your vehicle expenses.
