I am married filing jointly. Does the fact that my spouse is a full-time student disqualify me from claiming the saver's credit on our return? (Assume all other prerequisites are satisfied -- I am not a full-time student, I have a low enough AGI, I can't be claimed as a dependent, I am 18 and over, and I have contributed to retirement accounts)

Your spouse being a full-time student does not prevent you from claiming the Saver's Credit. The requirement to not be a full-time student applies separately to each person. You can claim the credit for your own retirement contributions even though your spouse is a full-time student.
