Can I get a vehicle registration fee deduction in the state of Maryland?

Maryland was not on the list, but it prompted me for info.  I bought a car in the spring of 2016 and paid tags, title, tax.

Registration fees are not deductible.  However, any portion that is a personal property tax (an annual tax based on value) is deductible.  Maryland, like more than 1/2 of the states, does not have a personal property tax on automobiles.
