I have used TurboTax for years. But they will no longer get my business. There’s something going on here that is very bad, it is just straight up theft of the American people. The irs gouges us so bad That even the tax preparers are getting in on the action. Just a sad time,  I was told I will not be receiving the rest of my refund.

Yes this will be my last time using. Turbo tax and TPG. They took more than what I was told the charge should be and my return was less. TPG is not answering calls and does not return calls. Turbo tax shame on you for allowing TPG to rip your customers off. Now after 13 years of using turbo tax, no longer a customer. TPG is a scam !!!

No TPG is a scam and is taking more than what I was told the fee would be. I will no longer use turbo tax and I have been a customer for 13 years. Even if the IRS adjust your refund amount turbo tax and TPG should not be charging extra. SCAM!!!!!

I used tax slayer they said I could have there payment taken out of my return and I agreed then my money was short and come from TPG nothing was said about using them. I'm old and work part-time to make my SS last to the end of the month. I always paid up what bills I had left with income tax. I will not be doing that this year.

Good Question I had to and I should have gotten almost 2000 more on my return. I'm taking it to a tax preparer that is in my era they will look it over for free to see if I made any other mistakes that weren't mentioned by IRS.

I have been told that line 30 is for if u didn't receive the 3rd round of checks if U did you are to put 0 on that line the 1400 says you weren't paid and asking for the payment IRS knows who got what and who didn't so since you had already been paid so the IRS took that away from your return. but I put mine on line 28 and they still took it off of my return and then I was still over 1000 short. I'm taking mine return to another preparer to check out they will do it for free but if you need to prepare a 1040X  form to correct a mistake then you will have to pay. for that return.

TPG is owned by Green Dot bank.  It is not owned by Turbotax.

Yes, and it also goes by Civista Bank… already did the research. Never said it was owned by TurboTax…

the site I was using will not come up now it's all about the complaints of people that got cheated out of money. But I am sure it said something like affiliated with turbo tax and Green dot. now it says cannot find this page.

I should have received 12,694, per my turbo tax return, and received from TPG Products only 9,794.

So my refund was $4111 and the IRS reduced it to $2311 and then TPG deposited $1776 so how is it that I'm missing $ 400 after I had the $109 in fees taken out . I mean I'm no expert but $2311-$109 doesn't equal $1776

I have turned my problem over to the BBB, the Attorney General of my state, as well as the Attorney General of California.  And, my refund was SUPPOSED to be $4658...but the total deposited was a little over $1700....huh?  E-Filing is FREE!!!!!  So where do all of these fees come from?????

I received $2397.00 from TurboTax. I should have received $5262.00 from IRS.  What is up that after five years of using TurboTax and getting a correct refund from the IRS - I now get partial from Turbo TAX. Will I get the rest in the form of a Stimulus check from ITS???
