Would car accident doctor/chiropractor expenses paid by insurance through PIP be deductible as medical expenses?

Was in a car accident in early October, lots of payments made by insurance for medical bills.

Medical expenses reimbursed by insurance can't be claimed as Medical expenses on your tax return.
