Why is Synchrony Bank not showing up in the system? Why is it considering it in a foreign country? How do I finish taxes without upgrading to deluxe?

It is saying I have to upgrade because I have a financial account in a foreign country which isn't true. I know this bank is in the states. I just want to submit my taxes and not pay for something I don't need.

if all you got was a 1099-INT skip the import and enter manually.
