Yes, if this does not apply delete the form. To delete the form follow the instructions below.

  • To delete a form in TurboTax Online:
  • Sign in and continue your return or pick up where you left off
  • The left hand menu should populate
  • Go to Tools>Tax Tools>Delete a form>Navigate to "Schedule C (Consulting Example) -- Car & Truck Expenses Worksheet (Chevy Cruise Example)" and select "Delete" next to it

You can also do this:

  • 1. Select "Business" at the top of the screen
  • 2. Choose "Continue", then "I'll choose what I work on"
  • 3. Select "Start" next to "Business Income and Expenses"
  • 4. Select "Edit" next to your business name
  • 5. Scroll down to Business Expenses
  • 6. Now select "Update" next to "Business Vehicle Expense"
  • 7. Select "Delete" next to your vehicle

This suggestion worked, but Turbo Tax should correct the program so it doesn't generate a "Car and Truck Expense Worksheet" when zero miles are reported as an expense.  This is a Turbo Tax program error and needs correction.
