There is an error on the Homestead Property Tax Form

The system is automatically adding entries for a mobile home as the rental type.

Michigan.  I keep getting an alert when I try to file that I need to change 12 months to zero  as well as the amount of rent paid because there is already an enrty for a Mobile home. Ive never entered anything anywhere for a Mobile home. There isn't even a section for that on the form.

There are no known issues so let's get you moving forward. You will need to delete the form to move forward. A little trouble shooting is a good idea.

Delete:

If you are using:

 Desktop: If you are working in the cd/download TurboTax program:

1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button. 
2. Click on FORMS.
3. Locate the form you want to delete.
4. Click on the form name.
5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button. 

Troubleshoot:

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

Online version:

1. Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
   • Don't use Internet Explorer.
   • Clear cache and cookies,
   • Sign in using a different browser.
   • Sign in using a different device.
2. Log back into your return.
   • Enter the information again.

Desktop version: 

1. Save your return while closing the program.
2. Update the program
3. Open
4. Enter the information again.
