Tax refund and money I owe you filing my return

I have not receive my refund and no information about why I have not gotten my money.  Now you are charging me for completing my taxes. I thought I paid you to help me get what is due me. I don't know what to do . You said you are taking money out of my bank on 8/13/21. I don't have this money.. Please HELP

It can be frustrating while you wait for your tax refund.  The IRS is experiencing long delays this year in issuing tax refunds.  There are many reasons that can delay the processing of your return.

I understand you efiled your return using TurboTax and set up to have your TurboTax fees taken from your federal tax refund.  You have been receiving the emails stating your bank account will be direct debited for your TurboTax fees.  We are able to defer the direct debit.  Please reach out to us at 800-446-8848, and we are happy to assist.
