Stimulus payment

My parents claimed me on their taxes for 2018 and 2019.  I was a college student and had no income.  However, im about to file my 2020 by myself and the recovery rebate credit is being added on my return.  Am i eligible to claim this since my parents technically already got this for me?  I dont want to get in trouble but could use the extra money.

Yes.  That seems to be a loophole.  They won't take it away from your parents either.

for your parents to get anything, you must have just turned 17 in the past year, or this year.

were you still a college student in 2020?
