Review complains about form 8396 mortgage interest credit, but I don't have this info. How do I tell it to stop complaining about this? How to delete this form?

To delete any mortgage interest credit information in TurboTax Online: 

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select  Tax Home in the left pane
3. Select the dropdown to the right of Deductions & Credits
4. Select  Pick up where you left off, Review/Edit or the edit pencil
5. Select the dropdown to the right of Your Home
6. Select Revisit to the right of Mortgage Interest Credit Certificate
7. On the Here's the mortgage credit certificate info we've got for you page, select the trashcan.  On the popup, select Yes. 
8. On the OK, we deleted your mortgage credit certificate for you page, select Done
