Contributions to your HSA can be made by your employer, you, or both.

Contributions to your MSA can be made either by your employer, or by you. Contributions by your employer are usually reported to you on your form W-2 in box 12.

Contributions you made are handled in this area of TurboTax. 

You can correct your entries as long as you didn't submit your return.

To revisit that section:

• Login to your account.
• Select Federal from the left menu
• Go to Wages and Income.
• Scroll down to Less Common Income
• Select Start/Revisit next to SSA-1099, HSSA,MSA.
