You can try deleting your Form Schedule A and re-entering it. It sounds like something may be on the wrong line or something like that.
You can get to your Schedule A information by typing "schedule a" in the search box at the top right of your screen. And then select "jump to schedule a". Go back through your screens and see if anything is answered incorrectly.
If you select"Forms" at the top right of your screen and then select "Schedule A" in the left panel that shows a list of all of the forms in your return, you can view your Schedule A to see what has been entered. At the bottom of your screen toward the left side you will see a gray button to delete the form. Then you can go back to your Schedulke A questions above and reenter them.
