I paid off mortgage Feb 2025 and the lender deactivated my account, although I can login to their portal and see my 2024 1098 form. But they didn't generate 1098 for 2025. I have tried their chat and phone support, and they acknowledged it and told me to email them a request which I did. I haven't heard back. I also logged into IRS site and checked if they received the form from this lender, and they didn't have any.
Is there a way to deduct the interest in this situation? If yes, how do I go about doing so in turbotax?

You can deduct the mortgage interest paid in February 2025 even if you did not receive a Form 1098, as long as you have documentation showing the interest amount.
