It says I can't efile my state tax because I didn't provide a ein for dependent care provider but I don't have care provider or any dependents?

Try deleting Form 2441 in your federal return. There is a bug in TurboTax that, in certain cases, creates a blank Form 2441 for child or dependent care expenses even when you don't have any dependents. Follow the instructions in the following FAQ.
