It may be that there is a Form 8915 Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan in your return.
If deleting doesn't remove the $0 credit, try the steps below:

Thank you for the note - this did not solve the issue. I've deleted the forms (no sign of 8915 now), and run the reviews for income and federal, and the Untitled $0 value disaster still shows up. Anything else worth trying?
I suggest you go back to the section where you entered the disaster and make a mock entry for a disaster. When you are done, you will see the Property Summary screen where there will be an option to delete the entry you made. Press the delete button to remove the entry you just made and that may resolve your issue.
After putting in a mock disaster, and then deleting, it ends back up with the Untitled $0 value disaster on the summary section. I've tried a few variations of this with no luck.
The preferred solution would be to mail your return in or start it over. But a workaround solution would be to make a disaster loss entry but not indicate a gain or loss on the entry. That will generate form 4684 but it wouldn't affect your return since there is no loss reflected on it. That may remove the error message on your return.
