I PCSed to an overseas location in 2020, and had to put my household goods in a storage unit until I come back, can I get the storage unit expenses deducted?

Yes, you may. Please see IRS Tax Topic 455.

Note that you can continue to deduct storage costs even while you are gone.

Also please note the comments about whether or not the government is reimbursing you for any costs.
