I own a foreign stock that issued rights to me. The 1099B cost basis and proceeds for these rights are both zero, and Turbotax wants me to review. Can I just ignore?

I spoke to the broker, and they verified the 1099-B, and that the cost basis is indeed zero for the rights. I'm not sure how to handle.

Yes, enter a zero so the program knows that is your intention and proceed on ignoring the warning. A zero is not a common basis but does exist.
