I'm wondering when TurboTax Deluxe will be updated for changes in the Child Tax Credit and EITC. Specifically, the option to use 2019 or 2020 income for the calculation

I am not sure, but did you happen to try today? the software was updated in the past few hours.....

Returns with the EIC on them will not even start processing until mid-February so you have time to wait for the program to be updated  Don't be in a big rush to file early since there's bound to be glitches in the system. The IRS is not even announce to start date for e-filing to begin so again don't be in a big rush be patient.
