I have electronically filed for years. I need to produce a Form 8878 for a mortgage loan. How do I get it?

The form  8878  is used by paid tax pros ONLY and   not a DIY program like TT. 

What they need is a copy of the email TT sent showing  the form 4868 was filed and accepted   or  the IRS transcript showing the accepted extension.
