How do i carry a 2018 loss in construction to 2019

What is a "loss in construction"?

If you had a business loss in 2018, most likely that was already used to offset your other 2018 income.  So nothing would be carried to 2019.

If that was not your question or if you don't think your business loss was able to be used in 2018, you need to provide as much detail as possible in order for somebody to help you.
