I'm also having trouble importing ItsDeductible data to my 2019 TurboTax profile. Following the instruction the link in your reply leads to. The 2nd instruction says to, "Search for donations and select the Jump to link." There is no Jump to link .
1. I sign on to TurboTax using my laptop (Windows 10).
Note - I use the same signon/password for ItsDeductible and TurboTax
2. Select the magnifying glass at the top of the page.
3. A side window opens to the right.
Note - TurboTax remains up in the left-hand window.
4. I enter "Donations" in the search field of the right-hand side window.
Result:
12 pages of questions to select from in the side window. But no Jump to link, not in the right-hand side window or in the left-hand TurboTax window.
The 12 page list has numerous questions to select from. Anything from"Where do I enter my donations?" to "Do you file a form 8283 for donations if combined donations for the year exceed 500.00?" to "How do I import my donations from ItsDeductible?" (which are the same instructions the link in your reply goes to), etc.
