Form 8938 - removing ''where reported''

If you are using the desktop software, you can go into Forms mode, and delete the entries on the 8938 form.  If you are using TurboTax Online or wish to do this in the interview mode, see below.

Search for 8938 and use the jump to link to be taken to that screen where you can edit the entry.  Enter $1 on the dividend line of Box 14 and hit the Continue button so you get to the next screen where you can delete those entries.   Then go back and delete the $1.

If you leave it as zero, it will skip the next page, so you won't see the entries, so change it to $1, then go back and delete the $1, leave that field blank.
