In TurboTax, you can enter "energy efficient" in the search box and then click the Jump to energy efficient link, which should take you the relevant section.

On mac, it says, “The energy-efficient vehicles section isn’t ready yet"
If your version of TurboTax on your Mac is showing that the energy-efficient vehicle section is not ready yet, you may need to troubleshoot a bit and make sure that you have the latest update for TurboTax.
