EIP3 and college student

My daughter was 23 years old and a full time college student in 2020. My wife and I claimed her on our taxes along with the 1098T.  She graduated in December 2020.  In 2021 she got a full time job and went from $4,500 in 2020 to $50,000 in 2021.  She did not get an EIP3. My wife and I each got $2,100. I am doing her 2021 taxes with TurboTax and it is saying that she should have gotten $1,400 and added it to her refund.  Is this correct?

Yes

This is one of the situations where a payment will be made twice in regard to the same person, but that is how the law was written.
