Have a rental property and a business that should NOT be QBI aggregated. In past years, they were separate. But for some reason TurboTax Desktop is aggregating them this year. How can I fix this?
The only place where TurboTax asks me about aggregation is set to be independent. In fact, there's no way to change it since there is one option and it's selected correctly (see below), yet TurboTax is incorrectly aggregating on form 8995-A. In previous years, it correctly created form 8995-A without the aggregation.

Try going back to the rental property section instead, indicate that your income might exceed $340,100 married filing a joint return) and answer "No" to the specified services questions, you will again be given the option to combine the rental into another or indicate that the "business" is independent of any other activities (see screenshot below).
Thanks, @HopeS . I wasn't seeing the screen you mentioned but I was able to fix the problem. I removed the QBI for one of the businesses and then added it back. When I added it back, it gives me the option to add the QBI to aggregate it with the other business. I checked for it to be individual and that fixed my 8995A.
