CRP issues with Property ID #

My significant other and I live together, and we both received a CRP from our landlord, but Turbo tax keeps telling her that her Property Id # needs to be in Alphanumeric form yet it won't allow decimal points and it doesn't contain letters. how can she fix this to file?

You can only enter numbers and letters, no decimals, hyphens, spaces or special characters.   Go back and edit the form and remove any decimals, see my example below.

Our Number has no Letters in it and when done without the decimal points. it won't except it.

Then enter only numbers, no letters or decimal points.   Here is an example with just numbers.   Are you sure the error is the parcel number?   Are you in MN?   The CRP form in TurboTax will accept all numbers OR all letters.   I don't get an error with either format.   Delete everything in that field, clear it out, maybe there is a character stuck in the field.  Put your cursor in there and press delete twenty times to make sure it is empty, then type the number.
