Can't Import ItsDeductible

I am having same issue, not only with ItsDeductible, but also when importing brokerage data from Fidelity.  Suggested fix did not work for me.  Spent 30 minutes on phone with Turbotax support which was not helpful, unfortunately.  Turbotax/Intuit...PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

This happened to me last year. You have to change your display resolution to sign in. I used the lowest resolution and when I was done signing in. I put the resolution back to what I had it at.

Was an issue with my pi-hole setup. I tried pairing to my phone's internet and the transfer worked. Need to add some entries to the allowlist it seems.

4/9/23: I called Apple support and they said to call TT. Told me that my MacOS was too old (BigSur). Told me I need to quit the program, install Ventura and then reload TT. Of course, the OS is not that old and TT said they still support it. Upgrading to a newer MacOS now would create another whole set of problems for me which I won't have time to resolve. I never had trouble importing the ItsDeductible to TT before. This is really stalling my tax prep, I cannot begin to input all the donations by hand. W
