You would have to adopt an accountability plan for the business, which means you submit an expense report to the business to account for your business use of your vehicle. You would then write a check from the company to yourself and deduct it on the corporate books under auto expense.
As long as you consistently apply the accountability plan for business use of personal autos, the reimbursement is not reportable or taxable to the employee or owner and it is deductible by the corporation.
