Basic 2019 Max HSA Issue

The 2019 Basic TT is using the 2018 max HSA contribution for >55 of $4450.  On the step where the maximum contribution is calculated it is still using the 2018 limit of $4450.  The IRS increased the max contribution by $50 to $4500 in 2019.

for the most part the 2019 TT (online and cd) have not been updated for many of the law changes for 2019.   you'll have to wait.   there will many updates before the 2019 filing season opens.     you will find similar issues with other items subject to limitations.

@Fishwish  Yes. This is a program deficiency at this time. I'm sure TT will address it soon.
