When will Turbotax fix the bug that shows "Available now" instead of the value in the Wages & Income and Deductions & Credits pages? My particular application is the desktop for Mac.

I have been using the Desktop version for Mac and have not encountered this issue. Which Desktop version are you using (e.g., Deluxe, Premier, Home Business)?
In order for us to troubleshoot this issue, you can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions for TurboTax Desktop for Mac users:
We will then be able to review your file to see what you are seeing, and we can determine what is going on in your return and provide you with a suggested resolution.
I am using Deluxe. Tax file has been sent. Token number is 60856215-57473171. Also, just as a FYI, I'm seeing this issue on my two Mac computers and also my MacBook Pro. All using the same Deluxe version that I downloaded.

Due to some other issues, I have not been able to open your return on my Mac. However, I have had a number of test returns open and have not seen the issue you described. Would it be possible for you to upload a screenshot of what you are seeing with "Available Now" in place of values.
We received this suggestion from another internal source:
If you need to proceed now, you can enter and review items through the topic screens directly; values will calculate correctly even if the landing label shows “Available now.” Workaround:

Each of the forms where "Available now" is currently shown, has data entered. But, instead of showing the values, "Available now" is what is shown.
Regarding the second point, I only use "I'll choose what I work on". I never have the program walk me through the steps.

Thank you. To confirm, are you still able to Update those line items that show "Available Now" in the 2025 column if needed? And can you confirm that the data already entered appears in the appropriate areas of the returns?
I can update the data for each area and the values "appear" to populate in the forms. That said, can I trust that Turbotax is doing this properly? If there is still a bug with the "Available now", not sure what other underlying bugs there may still be. Thanks.
Our tech team is working on fixing this display issue. The expected fix date is this Friday.
Hi. I received the attached email however when I click on the "these instructions" link, I get a permissions error (attached).
I downloaded the latest version of TurboTax (I had to upgrade to premier) and the issue is still not resolved. What is the permissions issue and how do I download the version described in the email?

When you open the TurboTax download product, it will typically check for updates after it is opened and prompt you to allow it to update the software.
To manually update the software after it has been opened, you can click Online in the black banner at the top toward the left, then select Check for Updates from the dropdown. You'll click Yes to save your return (if it's open) and TurboTax download will check for updates and let you know if it found any or if your software is up to date.
