In Publication 547 (2024), Casualties, Disasters, and Thefts, it says . . . Forms to file - Generally, when you have a casualty or theft, you have to file Form 4684. You may also have to file one or more of the following forms.
Schedule A (Form 1040). I also saw a reference to Form 4684 Casualties and Thefts. Is 4684 where I would enter the theft of my work truck for my handyman business? Would it roll up to schedule C? It was stolen and burned with all of my tools, my truck topper, and ladder rack.

Yes, form 4684 is where this will be entered. It will not be reported on your schedule C. Instead it will be reported as a negative number on Schedule 1 line 4.
See the response to your other similar question for more details on how to enter it.
