Property tax deduction

I paid $1698 in property taxes last year. Turbo Tax is telling me I qualify for a property tax deduction  of $3396. I don't   understand why this almost triples the amount. I can't figure what makes me qualify for this

Actually, it's exactly double the amount.  

Return to Federal taxes, Deductions and Credits right below, 

Update the Property Tax section.  

Delete the duplicate entry.

When I look at my property taxes under Federal Taxes it shows 1752, which is correct & I don't see any other entries. It looks like it doubled it on the Michigan State tax form.  I have no idea how to fix this,
