UPDATED FOR TAX YEAR 2019

No - you do not need to attach receipts to your return for non-cash contributions to charity.  Just keep it in your files in case the IRS asks for it.

If the combined value of all the property you donate is more than $500, Form 8283 is completed automatically by Turbo Tax   All you have to do is enter all of your charitable contributions and Form 8283 will be included in your tax return, if required.

If you contributed motor vehicles, boats, and airplanes over $500, you should receive Form 1098-C from the charitable organization.  You will be asked to enter that information in TurboTax.

If you have either of these forms, they need to be sent to the IRS, with Form 8453, as a transmittal form, within three days of e-filing.

Does TurboTax automatically complete the Form 8283 which is required to be attached to the return for a property contributon over $500 but less than $5000? Is the answer above not requiring me to atach the propeerty contribution receipt to my return 100% correcrt?

Yes my answer is correct.  You are being asked to mail in Form 8283 (or Form 1098-C) along with the transmittal form, 8453.  You are not required to attach any receipts to the forms.

I have added information to my original answer to include property donations above $500.
