Problem with Saving file

Purchased tubotax2025 and imported information from 2024.  When I try to select my state, it forces me to save my return but when I try to do that, it says file not found.  If I try to Save As, I get the same result (file not found).  When I try to exit, it tries to save with same error.  Only way to exit is by not saving (and then everything is lost.
