If you work from home or out of the city and don't live in the city, you can get a refund on your Phila Wage tax.  It's a royal PAIN to work out because they request days worked from home list, calculations, and a signature from your manager.  For the expensive cost of TurboTax it should do this for you!  At the very least it should generate a printout for you to get signed and mail it in.  Please add this feature!
