Subject: Final Request for Refund – Tax Preparation Services

 

I am writing to formally request a refund for the tax preparation services I paid for on April 11,2025 for $143.00 (removed). When I initially engaged your services, I expected clear communication and competent handling of my tax situation. Unfortunately, due to the complexity surrounding my recent divorce, my case required more expertise and attention than was provided.

Despite reaching out previously, I have not received any follow-up or acknowledgment regarding my concerns or my request for a refund. This lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short of professional business practices.

If I do not receive a response or a refund by September 25th 2025, I will be moving forward with a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and exploring additional remedies through consumer protection channels.

I hope this matter can be resolved amicably.
