Paying for child care, but I already entered info from a w-2

I entered my wife's W-2 which has dependent care benefits listed. Now I'm being asked to enter expenses for child care at the same facility.

The dependent care benefit listed on the W-2 is only tax-free if it was used to pay for dependent care expenses.  Entering these expenses is how you tell the IRS the benfits were used to pay for them.  If you have entered the benefit in Box 10 for the W-2, the program will use it correctly to reduce your care expenses and make the benefit amount non-taxable.
