1. Before clicking on "prepare to send button", go back to your profile and change the mailing address to a US address.
2. Then go back to "file" page and click on "prepare to send"button.
3. Follow the steps until you reach on the page where it says you are ready to file.
4. Now go back to your profile and change the mailing address back to foreign address.
5. Return back to filing page, you should be able to finally e-file.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE INFO. After trying for over an hour to submit my e-file with a foreign address, your solution was the only way out.

Thank you, we had the same issue and this work around fixed it. Turbo tax needs to find a real solution. It was a headache to figure this out. Thanks
