Oregon subtraction on ASC

The retirement income is fully taxable, however, on the 2022 return, one of the 1099's showed up on the OR-ASC as a subtraction and I did not enter anything anywhere that way. Oregon has adjusted and sent a Notice of Deficiency. Was there a bug in the program? I have never had that happen in all the years I've used TurboTax.
