Options House was taken over by E*Trade mid-year. 2 1099-Bs received - Options House 1/17-7/17, E*TRADE 8/17-12/17. TurboTax only downloaded the 2nd. How to get both?

To download the 1st 1099, select APEX CLEARING from the partners listing and enter your optionshouse account number, mine started with 4ZF and your ss# as the password.

To download the 2nd 1099, I had trouble finding etrade in the partners list using the search feature, so I clicked on one of the As and hit down arrow until etrade appeared and I selected it.

Enter your etrade credentials to download.

I'm not able to authenticate the APEX CLEARING login. There's uncertainty about the format.

For the username:
Did you use 10-(your account number) and did you include any dashes or spaces? For example, the formatting of my account number on statements is XXX-XXXXX-XX XX XXX. Did you copy and paste that with 10- added to the front like this: 10-XXX-XXXXX-XX XX XXX?

For the password:
Did you include dashes with the social security number like this: XXX-XX-XXXX?

Username: I included the 10- prefix on some downloads and 1 without. After the 10-  no spaces or dashes.

Password: No spaces or dashes in SS#.

Figured out the confusion. The account number on the statements I was referring to was appended with additional characters. Only the first two parts should be used with the dash removed so the user ID looks like; 10-XXXXXXXX and the password is as you mentioned; social security number without dashes XXXXXXXXX.
