On the HSA form 8889-T. Its asking me to enter a plan type for December. I no longer had a HDHP in December so what do I put?

On form 8889-T, it wants me to select which plan I was covered by in December of the year I am filling for. The problem is I no longer had a HDHP in December and there is no option to state that. It says to select none if I was covered by Medicare which I was not. I am at a loss as to what to put down.

You should select None.

Choosing None indicates that you either had Medicare or another type of plan or no coverage at all.  No matter what type of coverage you had, it was not a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with either individual or family coverage.
